On their online community, you can become a member (or "ecogeek") and participate in discussions, share photos and videos, and more. They've also got good resources for those who want to get started in science or natural history filmmaking.
 
InformalScience
This is a community dedicated to informal science education -- education outside the classroom. It will be useful for anyone funded or interested in getting a project funded through the NSF's "Informal Science Education" program.

Nature Stories is a really cool online community based in India, and its purpose is to encourage and provide a forum for photographs that tell natural history stories.
